The article deals with the problem of gifted children. Not every teacher can develop and perfect their talents of gifted children, so it is necessary to prepare teacher for work with the creatively active children. Mastering in vocational psychology system helps to use the concrete methods of interaction and forming of students personal world outlook in education process.
