Professional training of the higher education system managers taking into account the Russian traditions: results of the empirical research

The problem of poor management remains urgent in the modern Russian education system. Retrospective and contemporary practice shows that in Russian conditions this task can be solved by the appropriate professional training of managers, based on the domestic experience. It was found that the planned activity focused on the improvement of the education management training requires a specialized structure (center) of personnel reserve training. It was revealed that the modern Russian educational practice needs legislative regulation of the requirements for education system personnel.
