Professional sample as an efficient method of proforientation work

In many countries of the world, increased attention is paid to the issues of vocational guidance and career guidance, this is due to the high growth rates of the development of information and communication technologies and their introduction into the daily life of society. Innovative processes change the structure of the labor market, define new requirements for the qualifications of workers, therefore there is a need to strengthen work with young people in order to form their most effective understanding of their professional self-determination and inclusion in the workforce. This article demonstrates the results of a questionnaire survey of high school students conducted as part of a research work on the development of a career guidance system in the Blagoveshchensk air traffic service center.
