Professional trial as a means of estimating pupils' personal resources development level

Approaches to the development of personal resources in the course of giving professional trials are determined. Substantiation of the process effectiveness assessment on each of the revealed signs is given. The system of personal resources development levels identification and the system of providing pupils with advice on professional self-determination are worked out.
