The article discusses the problems of professional fulfillment of youth with disabilities. The current legal framework regulating employment of people with disabilities is analysed. Based on the survey of prospective employers and young people with disabilities the authors have identified the problem areas of professional fulfillment of young people with disabilities and their causes.
