Professional-applied physical training of health saving orientation of students of higher educational institutions

According to the opinion of the authors of the article, the solution of an essential and actual problem of professional-applied physical preparation of students should take one of the leading places in the educational activity of higher educational institutions. For its full and qualitative solution, the authors offer to use the methods of applying the means of improving aerobics of health-saving orientation in the educational process on physical training. The application of the given means and methods will allow future experts to possess applied impellent skills necessary for the further career, to raise the level of their functional preparation for future physical activities and to strengthen health.
