Vocational education from the end of XIX to the beginning of XX century in Russia and its impact on human resource policy of Gornozavodsky regions of South Ural

The system of vocational education has particular importance for modern Russia. Without studying the historical experience of our education system changing the position in the present would be difficult. The system of technical education in Russia from the end of XIX to the beginning of XX century in the context of the personnel policy of the South Ural Gornozavodsky districts is considered in this article. There are the data on the number of issued technicians. The socio-professional characteristics of the South Ural intelligentsia and its contribution to the development of the Urals industry are determined.
