Professional and administrative competence and the issue of junior commanders' leadership in study groups at educational institutions of the MIA of Russia

The article considers the structure and the content of heads' professional and administrative competency in relation to the junior commanders' activity in training groups at the educational institutions of the MIA of Russia. A summary of the results of investigation of commanders' leadership qualities development by years of study is presented. The authors highlight tendencies in professional and administrative training of commanders of training groups.
