Professional and personal development of educators under conditions of the implementation of inclusive education

The article highlights the issue of preparing teachers to provide the educational services to children with disabilities. The article also discusses the priorities in studying the modern teacher personality on the basis of deontological principles. There are presented the priorities of modern educator’s humanistic approach to teach children with disabilities under conditions of inclusive education. The professional tasks of educators in the sphere of inclusive education are formulated, motivational and axiological attitude of teacher to pedagogical activity is revealed. The author describes the content of teacher’s competencies necessary for psycho-pedagogical activity under conditions of inclusive professional education of students with disabilities. This paper can be recommended for developing educational programs of retraining and improvement of professional skill of educators.
