Professional diversity of direction of "Preparation for organization of work with youth"

The article describes the problem of the professional self-identification of the organizer of work with youth, as well as the opportunities and prospects for its development. The article represents the results of the research, obtained by the methods of questioning and in-depth interview. An important result of the study is the identification of vectors of professional diversity in the «Organization of work with youth» training areas and the identification of prospects for the emergence of new professional statuses of an organizer of work with youth.
