Professional education as a system approach to training of a competence designer- educator

The article present significant characteristics of professional education. The author considers the role and the meaning of professional knowledge and skills within the scope of speciality 44.03.04 (Professional education - Graphic design). The author also singles out the approaches to the determination of the notions of “professional competence” and “professionalism”. It should be, noted that competitiveness, creativity, designing new ideas and communicative competence make it possible for an expert to be needed in his area and to plan the structure of his labor activity independently.
