Professional growth of Russian custom official in human resources management of public service (the example of Samara region)

The paper disclosed mechanisms for professional growth of officers, employed in customs of the Russian Federation. Professional qualification of customs officials of the Samara region was analyzed. The basic problems of growth of civil service in the Russian customs authorities at the stage of professional growth of officers were pointed out. Formed proposals for their solution.
