Professional development of employees as an element of the company’s motivation system

The work is devoted to the professional development of employees as one of the most essential elements of the motivational system of the enterprise. The authors examined the definitions of «motivation system» and «professional development». The article reveals the role of training, advanced training, career growth and personal development of employees in terms of increasing their work efficiency, involvement and motivation. Particular attention is paid to the use of individual employee development plans as an effective method of professional development and motivation.
