During last ten years, when the great countries in the end of XX century, have become postindustrial ones, the relationships in different sectors of social activity have changed. The priority to industry development is predominant for the industrial society, but movement from production towards service is the main characteristics of the postindustrial society. There is no doubts, that all this leads to the personality development, to the choice of person's future profession. Let us see, if it is true, using for illustrations the leading educational institutions of the Ural region
