Professional values and personnel training at organizations rendering hotel and restaurant services

The article deals with the dynamics of professional values of personnel in organizations rendering hotel and restaurant services. In the course of the research the author applied a psycho-diagnostic methodology - the inquirer “The values of professional activity subjects" (V.M. Lvov, N.L. Shlykova) that covers seven professional spheres consisting of 64 factors, according to which the professional values of employees are revealed. The survey was carried out on the basis of the hotel and restaurant complex «Voznesensky». It has been found that the respondents are satisfied to the most extent with the factors of professional sphere, and they least satisfied with the factors of organizational, creative, ethical spheres of professional activity. The training exercises are also presented.
