Professional competence of the press officer of a state body in Altai region

The author of the article scrutinizes professional competence and provides account of activities of a press officer who works for the Altai Region public authority. The analysis is based on press officers' expert interviews and is focused on the influence the above mentioned aspects have on the efficiency of web-sites promotion and communicative interaction with the audience.
