In this work, the authors consider the process of implementing the development system for supporting the professional competencies of the staff. Also, the levels of professional competence are considered. The author emphasizes the importance of forming models of professional competencies in the organization of work of personnel and maintaining an appropriate level of competitiveness of personnel.
