Professional the competence of students of economic and legal specialities: the general and especial in the contents and formation conditions

The article is devoted an actual problem of research of the professional competence of the student. In the article the comparative characteristic of substantial descriptions professional competence students-graduates of economic and legal specialities is given, the general and specific components of these competence are revealed and formalized, key directions of their formation and development are advanced. On the basis of the conducted analysis imperatives of educational activity and the recommendation about the organisation of educational activity of the student for formation of the professional competence are offered. The author comes to a conclusion that acquisition of two qualifications - the economist and the lawyer increases competitiveness of the graduate of high school under condition of deep understanding of the contents of professional work in these areas.
