Professional skills and competence as the main qualities of the effectiveness of the practical psychologist

In the article we consider the general personality-professional qualities of a practical psychologist that include the following qualities: at the psychophysiological level, emotional stability, endurance, calmness, the ability to really weigh the situation, resistance to stress, a strong type of nervous system. At the intellectual level - a special worldview, logical thinking, sensitivity, a comprehensive understanding of the complexity, the contradictory nature of the psyche and human behavior; creativity, insight, analyticity and predictability in evaluation. On the personal level, it is facilitation, socialism, orientation to another, motivation, activity, sociability and generosity towards people, curiosity, tact and diplomaticity in communication, subordination of one's interests to the interests of another, morality, honor, duty, responsibility, courage in resolving practical issues.
