Career aspirations of students in the modern society

On the basis of the empirical research data, the article analyses students' ideas about career aspirations in our country. Most of the students plan to connect their future career with their university major. Some respondents stated willingness to apply their professional skills abroad. It is concluded that there is a need for system study of young people's motivation and expectations in the process of selection and learning a profession.
