The paper determines the modern approach to the training of students, future teachers, for the profession. A task approach lies at the heart of the design of multi-level teachers, training program. The paper substantiates the necessity for the formation of the list of professional challenges for the purpose of the realization of a competency-based approach to teachers, training.
