Professional experience as a prevention factor of medical workers' emotional burnout

In this article there is a conducted analysis of the professional experience phenomenon, we are suggested the following pro- fessional experience structures: the Intellectual (Cognitive), the Operational (Instrumental), Emotional and Communicative. During the study it was shown that the medical workers with a long history of work have formed phases of emotional burnout as the “Stress” and “Exhaustion”, as well as the emerging phase “Resistance”, while the medical workers with less experience have a tendency to form the “Resistance” phase. The results of the study can be used to prevent emotional burnout of medical workers.
