Preventive environmentally friendly additive of natural origin for high productive cows under the agroindustrial complex conditions

The purpose of the research was to create a preventive, environmentally friendly natural supplement for highly productive cows under the conditions of an industrial complex. The scientific and production experiments were carried out on the basis of JSC agro industrial complex "Orlovskaya Niva", JV "Milk production complex Saburovo" in the Orel region. The objects of research were cows of the black-and-white Holstein breed on the 2nd lactation with 7000 kg average milk yield per lactation. Biochemical studies were carried out at the Department of Biochemistry and Animals Feeding of the Orel State Agrarian University. The state of the oxidant-antioxidant system was determined with the indicators of malonic dialdehyde and ceruloplasmin in the blood of the experimental animals. To increase the resistance of animals with environmentally friendly phytopreparations rich in vitamin, carotenoid and mineral complex and possessing antioxidant properties, we used anise oil at a dose of 15 mg/m3 of air for 20-30 minutes once a day for 2 months, in addition, during this period, 60g of lecithin and 20 g of rowan fruit were added daily to each of the main rations. The animals of the experimental group receiving the proposed supplements were noted to decrease the malonic dialdehyde content from 4.1 to 3.65 μmol/l and increase the antioxidant ceruloplasmin content from 2.09 to 2.77 μmol/l comparing to the beginning of the experiment, which indicates the normalization of the oxidant - antioxidant system in cows while feeding the proposed biologically active supplement and inhaling anise essential oil. The combination of a rich vitamin, carotenoid and mineral complex of rowan fruit, phospholipids (lecithin) and antioxidant properties of anise essential oil allows to regulate the speed of free radical oxidation and increase the antioxidant protection and immune resistance of the cow''s organism to diseases with various etiologies.
