Studied 519 patients after coronary bypass operation. Patients were divided into two groups. In group I (n = 323) was used perioperatively dexmedetomidine. Introduction of the preparation (loading dose of 1 mg / kg over 20 minutes) after the administration started and continued infusion of anesthetic (0.2-0.4 mg / kg / hour) at all stages of the operation in the next few hours after the operation.
