Prevention of deviant behavior of military university students by means of cultural - leisure activities

This article makes actual the need to turn to the issue of prevention of deviant behavior by means of cultural - leisure activities on the basis of the development contradictions of the socio-cultural space of a military higher education institution. Deviant behavior of military university students is given as the psychological-pedagogical and the socio-cultural phenomenon. There are defined types of deviant behavior, including the following: disadaptive, autodestructive, delinquent, addictive, violational. Significantly, that decrease types of deviant behavior of military university students is carried out through the implementa- tion of prevention based on the potential of cultural- leisure activities, it provides a reference to the moral - ethical values, the implementation of the diagnosis of deviant behavior, the development of the system of special events, the formation of socially-meaningful outlook and positive attitudes of military university students. There are specified the following stages of preventive activity in a military higher education institution: the diagnosis and supervision of the adaptation period; the inclu- sion in the leisure activities of creative unions, according to the needs and abilities of military university students; designing individual correctional cards recreation risk groups, showing signs of deviant behavior; the staged role-inclusion in the event of military-patriotic; the activation of social partnership with non-academic cultural organizations for cultural enrichment, opening and activating the creative potential of military university students. These stages are substantiated from the point of realizing the potential of cultural - leisure activities aimed at improving the efficiency of the process.
