The study presents the clinical-functional and laboratory diagnostic markers at children indicating the glomerular and tubulointerstitial kidney diseases (N14.3, N15.8, R80-R82), associated with exposure to cadmium, lead, chromium and phenol. The results were obtained within the integrated sanitary and hygienic, epidemiological and clinical research, performed on the territory of air pollution by cadmium, lead, chromium and phenol. We have developed and validated a pathogenetic medical-preventive technology for provision of specialized preventive care for children’s population. We have proposed the main directions of diet therapy, the recommendations on the organization of water-eliminative activities, the list of pathogenetic pharmacological agents. The approbation of the proposed medical and preventive technology in the representative group of patients has demonstrated its high clinical and cost efficiency.
