The article examines the issues of prevention and warning of illegal production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products. It has been established that today the state applies administrative coercion measures for violations. However, the level of negative impact due to illegal actions remains high. Not only economic norms and rules, but also public health are subject to negative impact. A conclusion has been made about the need to strengthen preventive and preventive measures. Both a greater degree of coordination of efforts of the system of authorized state bodies and the development of specific methodological recommendations and work models are required.
