Prevention of youth extremism by case study of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic

The article deals with an urgent problem of youth extremism and describes the ways of its prevention in the teenage communities. The author considers the programs and actions in the Republic, which are focused on the prevention of teenage extremism, as well as the optimal ways of its prevention. The paper reviews a complex of programs and measures on the extremism prevention. It is claimed that the appropriate response to the extremist sentiments among young people re- quires cooperative actions of all the authority levels, religious, cultural organizations, law enforcement bodies and mass media.
