Prophylaxis as the basis of development the primary health care

In work opportunities of preventive medicine at a level of a primary part of public health services and ways of its reforming are analysed. New approaches to standardization of main processes of preventive medicine are presented, ways of the decision of organizational questions at a local level are shown. On an example of a municipal polyclinic the long-term analysis of preventive unit work, including the national project "Health" is brought.
