Prevention of pulmonary dysfunction in ischemic heart disease patients condition of artificial circulation of blood

The aim of the research is the elaboration of the method of prevention of pulmonary dysfunction with patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) after surgical treаtment in condition of artificial circulation of blood. 60 patients with IHD operated in condition of artificial circulation of blood were examined. The estimation of parameters of central hemodynamics in all stages during operation and after was held with the help of the method of thermodilution. All patients were divided into 3 groups: the I group was the control (placebo) one, the II one included patients who received 500 mg of mexidol. The patients from the III group received 30 mg/kg of prednizalonum. Clinical analyses showed that the period of time of afteroperational artificial ventilation of lungs was less in the group which received mexidol.
