Prevention of Illegal Migration: Types and System of Its Forms

The study examines some features of the types of prevention of illegal migration and the system of its forms. The author notes that the problem of understanding these aspects is determined by a number of circumstances. It is the scientific development of this issue that contributes to the establishment of new approaches to the prevention of migration offenses and the creation of effective mechanisms for such prevention. The stability of the scientific understanding of the problem determines the stability of the theoretical foundations, which are in many ways the foundation of any applied solutions. As a result of the conducted research, a number of conclusions are drawn. In particular, it is determined that the form of prevention of illegal migration (preventive impact on illegal migration processes) is a type of preventive measure established by legislation and other normative legal acts, expressed in a system of preventive actions of an authorized subject to apply preventive measures of impact on the object and subject of prevention of illegal migration. The forms of prevention of illegal migration are divided into general and individual depending on the object of impact. According to the subject of prevention, they are differentiated into general and special ones. In addition, attention is drawn to the fact that the forms of prevention of illegal migration have common and special features that allow them to be classified as general or special forms.
