Prevention of complications at patients after a median sternotomy

In work the way of anesthesia and prevention of inflammatory complications developed by authors at patients after a median sternotomy is described (the demand for the invention № 2014104048, a priority of 4.02.2014). 55 patients with the diagnosis coronary heart disease during the period from 2012 to 2014 are investigated. Average age of patients at men 56,1±6,6 years, at women 59,3±5,9 years. By all patient it is executed: median sternotomy, mammarokoronarny shunting, aortocoronary shunting in the conditions of IK and a farmakokholodovy kardioplegy. During research the greatest efficiency of the developed way is revealed during removal of drainages from a forward sredosteny and a cavity of a pericardium, patients have no pains and unpleasant feelings. Application of the developed way of anesthesia and prevention of inflammatory complications after a median sternotomy, allows to carry out effective postoperative anesthesia, to reduce number of ekssudativno-inflammatory complications, to exclude additional financial costs of treatment.
