The article is dedicated to the problem of the preventive maintenance of terrorism-related crimes. In this aspect the author gives the estimation of different factors, influencing the stabilization of the criminal situation in the country. The author comes to the conclusion that preventive maintenance of terrorism-related crimes requires a complex approach, combined efforts of many subjects, constant combination of general and individual prevention at all stages of preventive activity.
