The article is devoted to the current problem of preventing the manifestation of aggressive behavior by teachers, students and parents in conflict and problem situations that arise during the educational process. The authors emphasize that aggression should not be understood only as a negative emotional state; in some cases, it is necessary for a person to defend himself, achieve certain goals and ensure living conditions. But at the same time, the increased aggressiveness of adolescent children and adults is certainly one of the most pressing problems for society as a whole. Studying the issues of preventing the manifestation of aggressive behavior among subjects of the educational process is especially important, since a modern professional educational organization is an important element of the institution of education and socialization of the individual. The logic of the article provides for the disclosure of such issues as the reasons for the aggressiveness of subjects of the educational environment, forms of prevention of aggressive behavior, interaction (building a system of preventive work) of teachers with students and parents aimed at preventing aggressiveness, the formation and development of conflict-free skills among subjects of the educational environment of a professional educational organization communication, adequate response to external challenges, choice of constructive behavior strategies in difficult life or conflict situations. The authors come to the conclusion that it is systematic work, in which teachers, students and parents are simultaneously involved, that will significantly reduce the manifestation of aggressive behavior of subjects of the educational environment.
