Trade union organization NRU «BelSU»

The article discusses the analysis of the results of the sociological study «Trade Union Activities in the NRU «BelSU»» and recommendations for improving the union in the university. The interests of the trade union organization in education lie in the socio-economic aspects and are aim at achieving the well-being of teachers, students. The trade union is considered as a motivational mechanism and an instrument of the university’s social policy to protect the rights and interests of teachers, students and increase the prestige of the trade union organization in the university.
