Trade union movement in Russia: how does it develop?

Reflecting on the so-called “trade union theme”, the author understood that there are quite a few people in our country who are surprised that trade unions still exist in Russia, that they occupy their own considerable social niche and are even able to solve serious issues. Nevertheless, it should be recognized that any modern society successfully functions due to a whole network of social institutions that specifically regulate and organize these or other social relations. Apparently, while people continue to work, there is a need for a social institution that would resolve conflicts between the owner and the employee.
