Trade unions and collective agreements under the Chinese legislation: the historical aspect

The Chinese legal system has specific features, which causes a constant interest of Russian scientific community. We analyze the establishment and development of legal regulation of trade unions and collective agreements under the laws of China, starting with the studying the norms of Chinese factory legislation. It should be noted that the research do not give any particular attention to legal regulation of such acts of employers and employees interaction as collective agreements by Chinese legislation.
