Prognostic value of chemokines in the first episode of paranoid schizophrenia before the start of antipsychotic therapy

Introduction. Chemokines are active participants in neuroinflammation, perform neuromodulatory functions, and their involvement in the mechanisms of schizophrenia development cannot be ruled out. At the same time, the construction of prognostic models based on neural networks using chemokine indices can be promising for early diagnosis of this disorder.
