The article notes that as a result of the post-COVID economy development, the policy of the agro-industrial complex plays an important role in ensuring food security. The transformation processes caused by the impact of the global pandemic, observed in the poultry meat market, which are reflected in the article. The assessment of the current development of the world poultry meat market, taking into account the influence of the factors of the global pandemic, is carried out; the factors that influence the further development of the poultry meat market are indicated; the characteristics of the leading producers in the poultry meat market on the world market are presented. Based on data on poultry meat production for the period from 2010 to 2020, the author presents a forecast of Russia's potential opportunities for poultry meat production until 2025, while implementing three scenarios for the forecast for 2021-2025: optimistic, inertial and pessimistic. Strategies based on market trends for the poultry meat market are presented, which include investments in the creation of new ready - to-eat variants of poultry products to meet increased demand, consideration of the integration of 3D visualization systems to optimize processes, investments in solutions based on big data and predictive analysis to increase revenue, in robotics technologies to improve farm management and increase productivity, investing in virtual reality to improve farm efficiency and considering offering online delivery services to increase revenue.
