The article deals with the forecast of the formation of carbon dioxide concentration in the classrooms of Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University depending on the students’ number, the rooms’ volume and the ventilation’s degree. There are given the semi-empirical dependences of the carbon dioxide forecast for the evaluation of the additional risk in the educational process for students and staff. The author suggests the organizational and technical measures of minimizing the risk of the carbon dioxide toxic effect on the students’ health.
