Forecasting the financial potential

Planning and forecasting of economic indicators for the enterprise is the most difficult element of strategic management. An important and almost integral part of strategic planning is strategic forecasting, which allows to give alternative options for the development of enterprises dependent on external and internal factors. In its activities, to achieve maximum results, with the least impact, each enterprise is forced to apply different development strategies. It is important to define a strategy that would lead to a high economic situation, reduce costs and maximize profits. The article is devoted to the problem of forecasting the financial potential of the enterprise on the basis of the method of assessing the financial potential of construction companies E.V.
