Forecasting and planning for the use of agricultural land, registration of rights in foreign countries

The article is devoted to the issues of forecasting and planning the use of agricultural land. An analysis of the practice of forecasting and planning land use in other countries is presented. Some problematic issues of forecasting and planning the development of agricultural land use are considered. Measures is aimed not only at eliminating shortcomings and resolving problematic aspects of predicting the use of agricultural land, but also at increasing the efficiency of using agricultural land, and developing Russian agriculture.
