Forecasting and planning of logistics activities of the enterprise

This article discusses the methods that contribute to the development of logistics strategy for further forecasting and planning of logistics activities of the transport enterprise. Planning stages were identified, and emphasis was placed on the types of time-bound planning, which implies certain periods of time and another type is functional area planning. In order to correctly predict the plans, examples of requirements for planning systems that contribute to the implementation of the strategic goals of the enterprise were given.
