Forecasting and planning of rational land use in the Tver region

The article examines the general theory and practice of forecasting and planning the rational use of land in the Tver region, analyzes the main problems and prospects for the development of this process. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that forecasting is currently becoming one of the most important management functions. Forecasting the use of land resources is understood as a probabilistic judgment about the possible state of the studied object in the future, as well as about the ways and timing of achieving certain goals and results.
