Forecasting and management of financial resources of the region

The article deals with the problem of effective management of financial development in the region. It is believed that managerial decisions should be guided by the basic methodological principles of forecasting (consistency, dynamism, continuity, verification, objectivity, specificity). Goals and objectives of the regional development are suggested to coordinate with the objectives of the development of enterprises operating in the region. Modernization of the financial mechanism should be carried out taking into account the socioeconomic development of the region.
