Forecasting the efficiency of innovative development of industrial integrated structures taking into consideration the variability of environmental factors

The article considers the problem of assessing the efficiency of innovative development of the industrial integrated structure as the most rational form of running a business in the context of a tendency of economic processes globalization outlined at the end of the last century. Unlike companies that operate the “status quo”, industrial integrated structures have the following essential advantages: a great potential for the strategy of competitive advantage; ability to diversify production and to create closed manufacturing chains; being more flexible in responding to changing market conditions; an opportunity to save management costs by centralizing some functions; being more stable due to the transfer of risky operations in subsidiaries; create conditions for enhancing privacy and control, etc. According to the recent research in the field of management theory and practice an innovative development is one of the fundamental factors of economic growth of these business entities. In this regard, a prediction of possible economic efficiency plays a special role in the implementation of activities aimed at the development of innovative development of industrial integrated structures (IIC). A methodological approach to assess the efficiency of innovative development of the industrial integrated structure is proposed in the article. The approach takes into consideration the change of efficiency of a business entity in the environment under the influence of implemented activities of the innovative development program in different fields of its activities in functional areas, as well as the effect of a combination of environmental factors. This approach allows us to predict the expected result of the implementation of the developed program aimed at changing the level of innovative development of the industrial integrated structure.
