Forecasting as a factor of the social management: the cognitive and personal psychological aspects

This article is devoted to the study of the cognitive and personal-psychological aspects of forecasting as a factor of the social control. The authors demonstrate the need of this factor for the social management and noted the strengthening of the role of forecasting in the modern society, its dependence on the types of social systems and in connection with the aggravation of global problems and dynamism of social development.
