Forecasting the surface microhardness at processing by cutting

Processing of metal materials by cutting represents high-speed deformation process. In work process of surface layer formation is considered from positions of physical mesomechanics. It is shown that the key role in this process is played by development of the fragmented elements, dynamics of development and which form of the organization represents dissipative self-organized process which at management of the cutting modes and assessment of structural organization allows to open new reserves of increasing the productivity and quality of the processed surface.
