Forecasting the development of regional socio-economic system on the basis of economic-mathematical modelling of its reproduced contour

Non-linear nature of the development of the simulated processes of regional socio-economic systems determined by the territorial conditions of activity of economic entities affected by the external environment reveals great interest to the problem of economic-mathematical forecasting of the results of these systems functioning with due regard to these features. The purpose of the article is the development of theoretical background to simulate regional socio-economic systems that reproduce its functioning under the influence of the external environment, as well as the development and approbation of applicable model of regional simulated contour to see the condition and development process of these systems. The article outlines regional socio-economic system defined as a balanced model with nonlinear relationships of markets which formed with production functions and the Lagrange method simulating consumer choice of resources with minimum costs. The article presents economic mathematical model of regional reproduction of the contour and the results of its approbation on the basis of statistical data of Perm Krai. It is concluded that the model of contour regional socio-economic system allowed to measure and analyze the integrated impact of competition, introduction of innovations and investments on the results of its interrelated business processes.
