Forecasting the military men’s predisposition to violation of service (military) discipline

The article deals with the problems of assessing the personal characteristics of military personnel, who periodically and grossly violate the established order and rules of conduct, are distinguished by professional unreliability and low performance discipline. In the empirical part of the study, the author’s “Questionnaire for assessing the propensity to violate the service (military) discipline” was used. The type of distribution of the indicator “Propensity to breach of discipline” and its structural validity are determined. It was found that in the process of learning and professional identity of cadets have been harmonized as the personality of the soldier.
